How and when can I receive order delivery?
We employ a 3rd-party delivery service J&T and Qxpress to ensure that your parcel gets to you on time, safe and sound.
We ship out within 1-3 working days on receiving order. You would be receiving it within 2-5 working days provided no unexpected delay at logistics side.
You will be notified of the tracking number once the order is shipped.
Can I self-Collect?
Sorry, we do not offer self-collection due to limited resources. For urgent orders, please check with us we might be able to deliver at additional charges through grab or third-party courier.
Do you deliver on weekends or Public Holidays?
The 3rd party delivery services we use delivers from Monday to Saturday (9:00 am to 10:00 pm). Unfortunately, they don’t deliver on public holidays, and eve of certain holidays.
